Kosbit is a leading global provider of IT outsourcing services, IT managed services and business processes. We are headquartered in the Kosovo with offices in the United Kingdom. We also service our customers' global requirements through our extensive partner network.

Information that you provide voluntarily

What cookies does Kosbit use?

How does Kosbit keep my personal information secure?

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information that we collect and process about you. The measures we use are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal information and may include technical controls such as system access, data separation, back-up and recovery as well as organisational controls such as staff vetting, staff training and building entry controls.

Your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of your country and, in some cases, may not be as protective.

Our website servers are located in London (UK), and our group of companies and third-party service providers and partners operate around the world. This means that when we collect your personal information, we may process it in a number of different countries.

We have, however, taken appropriate safeguards to keep your personal information protected in accordance with this Privacy Notice. This includes implementing the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal information between our group of companies, which require them to protect information they process from the EEA in accordance with European Union data protection laws.

How long does Kosbit keep data?

We retain personal information we collect from you only if there is a legitimate business need to do so (i.e., compliance with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements).

When there is no legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete it or sanitize it, or store your personal information securely by isolating it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

  • Your right to access, correct, update or request deletion of your personal information;
  • Your right to object to processing of your personal information, restrict processing of your personal information or request portability of your personal information;

  • Your right, if we have collected and processed your personal information with consent, is to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
