Kosbit is a leading global provider of IT outsourcing services, IT managed services and business processes. We are headquartered in the Kosovo with offices in the United Kingdom. We also service our customers' global requirements through our extensive partner network.

How does Kosbit keep my personal information secure?

Our website servers are located in London (UK), and our group of companies and third-party service providers and partners operate around the world. This means that when we collect your personal information, we may process it in a number of different countries.

This includes implementing the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal information between our group of companies, which require them to protect information they process from the EEA in accordance with European Union data protection laws.

How long does Kosbit keep data?

We retain personal information we collect from you only if there is a legitimate business need to do so (i.e., compliance with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements).

When there is no legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete it or sanitize it, or store your personal information securely by isolating it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
