Voice Solution

Currently, Kosbit, located at St. “Shpetim Robaj”, Germia, has a full-time job opening for a Voice Solution Architect to provide design engineering services and support for our Global Partner.

Responsibilities

• Gather technical data directly from the sales team and Customers necessary for designing technically sound and cost-effective Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solutions “deliverables” that include services costs, bills of materials, drawings of the proposed solutions, and a complete statement of work document;

• Generate Implementation and related Services Costs, and submit them to the sales team for the assigned projects and utilize Partner’s costing and pricing tools to calculate all relevant costs for proposed projects;

• Input all project tracking data into the system and ensure it is continually updated with the correct data, current status, and proposed state in a timely manner;

• Engage other organizations, as appropriate, for custom design solution support;

• Participate in and provide technical expertise and support for conference calls and on-line meetings with relevant teams, end-user customers, and third-party partner vendors;

• Participate in and provide technical expertise and support for internal project kickoff meetings;

• Interact directly with customers and builds trusted advisor status;

• Serves as lead engineer to provide custom technical pre-sales and post-sales support of collaboration solutions;
• Develop requirements definition, design/solution creation, and custom pricing;

• Test custom feature requests which do not warrant full Labs testing process;

Qualifications

• Industry Standard Certifications;
• CCNA Collaboration (Required)
• CCNP (Required);
• Strong experience working with VoIP networking products and solutions;
• Knowledge and practical experience in designing and supporting multi-faceted network topologies;
• A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a technical environment;
• Experience with network design and network engineering;
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Detail-oriented and possess strong customer service and communication skills;
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction;
• Great analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
