Top 10 IT Outsourcing Companies

Recently, IT Outsourcing has become the most powerful, flexible and low-cost solution for both small and large enterprises in a digital age. A study by PA Consulting Group shows that the vast majority of those enterprises are satisfied with their IT outsourcing companies.

The study further explored the IT outsourcing market in the UK and surveyed more than 800 unique IT outsourcing contracts valued at the rate of £15 billion, which represented almost the three-quarters of the UK market by value. The study looked at the satisfaction level among IT outsourcing companies and their services. The findings show the majority (86%) of companies are satisfied with the way their outsourced IT services are managed, while about half (44%) mentioned being satisfied and another 12% satisfied.

Despite that, the satisfaction is high; there are considerable differences between the high performers and medium performers. The top 10 high performers include; Tata, Computacenter, Getronics, Cognizant, HP, Infosys, SCCC, NITT Technologies, Atos, and Capgemini.

1: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)

is a global IT outsourcing company, digital and business solutions that partners with its clients to simplify, strengthen and transform their businesses. Tata received the highest satisfaction score of 80%.

2: Computacenter

is Europe’s leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, enabling users and their business. Computacenter achieved a score of 77% of satisfaction.

3: Getronics

is an ICT Services group consisting of the Getronics and Connectis brands and is owned by the AURELIUS Group, a holding company headquartered in Munich, Germany. They obtained the same score of 77%.

4: Cognizant

is a leading IT outsourcing company, business consulting, enterprise applications and business process services. It achieved a score of 74% of satisfaction.
