The Board of Directors at Kosbit LLC announces that its subsidiary in United Kingdom, name: Kosbit LTD, registration number: 10774346, registered office address: 86-90 Paul Street, London, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE, nature of business (SIC): 62020 – Information technology consultancy activities, incorporated on 17 May 2017 was dissolved on 7th of April 2020. Kosbit LTD’s operations have been terminated as a result of change in company expansion strategy and the dissolution is published in the Official Gazette Notice in Companies House:
Kosbit LLC is a registered business in Kosovo (No. 811183847) and does not hold any responsibility regarding the actions or affairs of Kosbit LTD’s in the past or present. This announcement serves as a notification for the interest of general public, our present and future partners as well as all other parties that might be affected by this event. IMPORTANT: Any affiliation to Kosbit LTD by any individual, company or organization for business use or other financial and non-financial profit represents a violation of law, fraud, ethics and professionalism.
We hereby use the occasion to thank all business partners for continuously doing business with us and we assure you that all Kosbit LTD’s operations mentioned above are transferred to Kosbit LLC and will be handled by the HQ operations in Kosovo.
