Responsibilities:
• Responsible for interacting with existing and potential customers to resolve inquiries related to receivables management;
• Usage of computer systems and/or clients’ provided applications to verify and document customer requests;
• Handling of escalations to supervisor, as required;
• Participation in quarterly stewardship reviews to provide customers a 360-degree view of account;
• Conduct regular stewardship meetings with Customers, client’s sales teams and other stakeholders;
• Prepares, distributes, and reviews stewardship reports for pre-identified Customers;
• Provision of Project Coordination Support;
• Coordinates with client’s COEs to ensure integrated implementation of orders that span multiple product lines and locations;
• Researches, investigates and supports billing issues including disputes to Finance Billing Organization and escalations as necessary to resolve pending billing issues;
• Acts as the Customer advocate across the Finance organization to ensure billing accuracy;
• Provision of maintenance support.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer facing role.
• Resolution of customer questions, complaints and collections inquiries in a professional, helpful manner.
• Conversing with customers to resolve their questions or concerns.
• Calm resolution and de-escalation of issues.
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent time-management skills and detail-oriented.
• Being a team player is of paramount importance.
• Good command of Microsoft Office package.
