Professional Services Engineer

Responsibilities
• Work directly with customers and partners to provide enterprise-level customer support
• Troubleshoot technical issues to establish the root cause of problems and form a solution or workaround across a range of environments;
• Develop or expand tools to help troubleshoot issues that help improve customer experience;
• Reproduce customer issues and, if necessary, file bug reports, escalate cases to Engineering, and provide any necessary documentation;
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain customer relationships with clients;
• Participate in and provide technical expertise and support for internal project kickoff meetings;
• Gain a deep understanding of the company product;
• Conduct periodic on-call duties.
Key requirements:
• Working knowledge of Python and RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as SIEM, IAM, EDR, Firewalls (ID/IPS/WAF), Threat Intelligence Platforms, and Malware Sandboxing
• A team-oriented approach and ability to work effectively in a start-up environment
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and experience with AKS/EKS/GCP and On-Prem Infrastructure
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and escalate incidents as needed
• Ability to evaluate the impact of new requirements on related systems and processes
