Job Description

Kosbit is looking for professional and highly skilled Network Engineers, who will be responsible for provision of support to Clients’ IT Infrastructure (AT&T) and provision Tier 2 and/or 3 support and resolving customer’s issues.

Responsibilities:
• Hands-on configuring and supporting the Routing/Switching or Security or DNS/DHCP/IPAM needs of enterprise customers;
• Install/Decom/Modify network elements remotely and in compliance with Clients’ standards, as part of Service requests, Change requests or Complex change/Projects requirements;
• Coordinate with field support engineers and Project Managers to plan and execute complex multi phased changes to the customer network;
• Configuration and inventory management using existing customer tools;
• Interface with the customer architects, implementation mangers, vendors, operations, other engineering team and account team members to gather requirements for work orders;
• Provide customer communications and technical troubleshooting support when necessary;
• Prioritize and engage on multiple projects based on Urgency;
• Can be assigned to multiple complex accounts encompassing a wide range of technical feature sets.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of operations support experience of LAN /WAN/Security/IPT and DNS Infrastructure;
• Strong hands-on experience in WAN, LAN, VPN, MPLS, IPSEC, GRE and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and firewall support for Fortinet and Pal Alto;
• Extensive technical know-how of security network devices (switches, antivirus, firewalls, cryptography, SIEM) and any other security networking hardware or software tools;
• Network Address Translation (NAT) and Port Address Translation (PAT);
• Previous experience in customer operations incident handling;
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Ability to remain calm while multi-tasking and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills;
• CCNA/CCNP or Equivalent (Preferred);
