Partnership Timeline
2014: The Foundation
Kosbit was founded by a group of four professionals experienced in the IT industry. Initially focusing on providing consulting services and managing projects for local Internet Service Providers, Kosbit set the stage for consistent growth and industry contribution.
2016: AT&T Partnership Formation
In 2016, our company’s direction shifted significantly as we secured a direct service provider contract with AT&T. This pivotal partnership, achieved even against the fiercest competition, not only highlighted our competitive edge but also set the stage for further expansion.
2017: Vodafone Project Execution
Our team successfully undertook the design and integration of a 4G network for Vodafone Africa, managing over 20,000 nodes in their Radio Access Network. This project underscored our expertise in network planning and management.
2018: Tech Mahindra Alliance
We broadened our capabilities by partnering with Tech Mahindra, venturing into IT Managed Services, Network Design Engineering, Software Development, and Business Process Outsourcing.
2020: Indigo Telecom Engagement
Our portfolio expanded with projects for Indigo Telecom, involving intricate tasks such as equipment decommissioning and data center building design and architecture. These specialized initiatives catered to high-profile clients, further diversifying our range of technical services.
2021: Snapout AT&T Contract
In 2021, we leveraged our relationship with AT&T, entering into a Snapout contract that served as a window of direct engagement. This agreement underscored our ability to deliver custom design engineering solutions and contract services, precisely tailored to meet AT&T’s specifications.
2022: Introduction of NOC/SOC Services and Expansion into Swimlane Support
In 2022, we established departments specializing in Network Operations Center and Security Operations Center services, acquiring significant enterprise clients, including Adidas and LVMH, through our partnership with Tech Mahindra.
This year we also marked our entry into cybersecurity, as we launched professional services and technical support for Swimlane’s advanced security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) platform.
2023: Direct AT&T Contract
In our tenth anniversary, we fortified our trajectory with a renewed direct contract with AT&T. Celebrating this decade of presence in the industry and reaffirming our commitment to excellence in network engineering, software development, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. It symbolizes our past achievements and readiness for future opportunities and challenges.
